Biography
Sofiia Voienna's story as a performer and singer began in Berdyansk, Ukraine on the shores of the sea of Azov. As a small child, Sofiia always wanted to express herself on the stage and played multiple roles growing up. Sofiia graduated from music school with distinction marks in piano and opera singing in Berdyansk, Ukraine. Sofiia has performed classical music like Haydn, Bach, Paganini and participated in modern production shows and musicals.
From the age of 15 years old, Sofiia Voienna perfrormed covers at the "Katran" restaurant in Berdyansk, Ukraine. Her repertoire included 30 English/American pop and jazz songs (Ariana Grande, Clean Bandit, Dua Lipa, Etta James, Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey's songs and others). Sofiia has won first prizes in various vocal competitions in Italy, Hungary and Ukraine.
When Sofiia turned 17 years old, she moved to London to continue her studies in music (vocals) more seriously and to pursue a career as a pop singer. Sofiia achieved her A-levels in Popular Music Performance (Vocals) at BIMM Institute, London, graduating in 2023. During this time, she refined her live performance abilities, contemporary vocal styles and stage presence.
Then, Sofiia completed her Bachelor's Degree in Creative Industries (Vocals) at the Academy of Contemporary Music (London), graduating in 2026. While at university Sofiia worked in creative teams and wrote eight songs which she performed live with the music band.
Sofiia's most recent project, which she worked on with the great enthusiasm, was the release of her first EP - "SENSES".
